Miami Beach building with Kardashians store sells for $13.15 million
The South Beach retail boutique that's part of business empire of the Kardashian sisters has a new landlord.
The building housing the Dash store has sold for $13.15 million. The deal for the 801 Washington Ave. property closed Dec. 22 and was recorded by Miami-Dade County on Dec. 28.
A company led by Miami Beach real estate investor and broker Michael Comras sold the 76-year-old building, which was completely renovated in 2008.
The buyer is an investment group consisting of Naples-based 801 Washington VVV, Naples-based 801 Washington RV, and Montreal-based 801 Washington Group, according to Miami-Dade County property records.
The building has 15,975 square feet of leasable space. In addition to the women's clothing outlet operated by the reality TV stars and tabloid fixtures, tenants include Diesel, Solstice, LF Sportwear and Ondademar. The building also has three furnished luxury live/work units with roof-top terraces.
Marcus & Millichap brokers Drew Kristol and Kirk Olson marketed the property on behalf of Comras' 801 Washington LLC. The initial asking price was $13.3 million.
